Scott Baldwin, Sr. was one of the foremost asbestos attorneys in the country. As lead counsel in Tyler, Texas, Baldwin negotiated a $20 million settlement of an asbestos case and acted as co-counsel on a $115 million settlement of asbestos litigation. Baldwin tried numerous commercial litigation cases against large corporations including breach of contract, fraud, antitrust, RICO violations, and intellectual property rights. Mr. Baldwin authored and co-authored numerous books including Art of Advocacy – Direct Examination, Art of Advocacy – Jury Instruction, and The Preparation of a Product Liability Case.
