Daniel E. Rosner is the founder and senior partner of Rosner Law Offices and a highly respected trial attorney with more than 39 years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
A certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court—an honor earned by only a small percentage of attorneys in the state—Daniel has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year since 2008 and has built a reputation for exceptional advocacy and trial success. His accomplishments include serving as lead counsel in Serrano v. Serrano, a landmark New Jersey Supreme Court case benefiting automobile accident victims, and obtaining the largest jury verdict ever awarded in Cumberland County, New Jersey.
Daniel has also been a prominent leader within the legal profession. He served as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) from 2015–2016 and has been a member of its Board of Governors since 2005. He has held numerous leadership positions within NJAJ and served on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee and Amicus Committee.
In addition to his trial practice, Daniel is a dedicated educator who has presented more than 150 continuing legal education programs and authored articles for legal publications, including the New Jersey Law Journal and Trial Magazine. A graduate of Temple University and Temple University School of Law, he remains a trusted advocate, educator, and leader in the plaintiffs’ bar.
